I've heard that the wait time could be long but the really did a good job getting us in and out fairly quickly. They were all working together to make sure we got out as soon as possible. Both of my kids liked them too.

My son's appointment was quick. Were in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff were are all friendly and informative!

The place was great. They were all nice and friendly amd my kids seem to like them especially the lady who cleaned his teeth

Kool smiles have very good dentist and hygenitis. Every time II come here they make you feel at home and do an excellent job!

They are super nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk was very nice and even called me after I left to let me know about an opening the next day.

I would highly recommend this place. The entire staff is polite and make the experience enjoyable for our kids.

The experience we got at kool smiles was not only quick but amazing. The kids love going there and look forward to going back every time for their check up. So a HUGE thumbs UP to everyone at Kool Smiles.

My first visit to Kool Smiles was great. Comfortable atmosphere and the staff was very nice. Lindsay the hygienist did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I will definately be returning in the future.

My daughter had her first check up here. It went wonderful. They were extremely pleasant and the doctor was very good with her. I would highly recommend kool smiles to anyone in the area

All staff went above and beyond caring for me and taking care of my dental issues. They showed compassion and were concerned that I was losing sleep due to my dental pain. Same day filling to correct another dental issue I was having. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you.

Yesterday wasn't bad. Everything was ok. Last time I had 2 six year olds out there nobody at front desk knew what they were doing.they were supposed to b scheduling an appointment for 6 months they scheduled it for a week later. Nobody even told me they had to have teeth polished. They were calling me the day before.I said well you can cancel for now we have plans and nobody said bring them in for polishing. Ones yesterday knew what they were doing.

It was great. All of the ladies their was very nice and I give it a full 10 out of 10. It has a very nice play area for the kids and all very clean. They have nice music playing in the place.

This was our sons first experience at the dentist. They were amazing with him. We had prepared him for what would go on during his first visit, but the staff was still very polite, funny, and calming. We found out he had 3 cavities and they managed to get us back in THAT SAME DAY to have 2 of the 3 capped. Alyssa, DA aka Cinderella explained everything that would go on during his next visit in his 6 year old level. He came out of Kool Smiles saying "I LOVE IT THERE!" THANK YOU Kool Smiles staff in Lafayette, IN, especially Cinderella, for making our sons first dental experience ABSOLUYELY AMAZING!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!

My children and I had a pleasant experience at our visit. They were very thorough about explaining what needed to be done. Very professional. We seen Dr. Yadava today and she was very caring and friendly. My kids really liked her and the hygienist Lindsay!!

The girls in the back were really great with my daughter. The reception area however needs some work. we also waited over an hour to even get seen by anyone.

My kids were excited to go for the first visit, then my 3 year old was excited to go for a filling, and they are still overly excited about the dentist! Its a great feeling walking in and knowing your kids will be taken care of, and thats how it is here. I will always recommend Kool Smiles to anyone that ever asks

My daughter took my 1 year old grandson there for his first dental appointment and the staff there was wonderful.

I have always taken my kids to a dentist down in Brownsburg, who by the way is amazing and nice. The drive started to become to far and I wanted to have some place local for my kids to go to the dentist. A family member of mine takes their child to Kool Smiles so I thought I would give it a try. We did and it was horrible!! The "dental hygienists" get frustrated very easily when working with small children who have never been to the dentist. One girl actually thought my 4 year old 35lb daughter was going to hurt her so she called in reinforcements. They are not very fast at all, for my three kids it took about 2 1/2 hours and there was one other child there. The lady Beth, I believe, does not know how to deal with kids that are screaming and crying because they are scarred, here have an animal balloon and that will make the fear go away, yeah right. While my daughter was screaming getting her cavity fixed and Beth laying across her legs (I know, so my daughter wouldn't hurt herself) only made matters worse by encouraging the use of a strap board after I changed my mind and decided no. As bad as I wanted to take my daughter out of there during her procedure I knew it had to be finished, BUT while she was getting her cavity filled I was on the phone with our old dentist and already had an appointment set before we left Kool Smiles. The girl at the front desk was different than the one from the first time we went there. the girl this very last time was nothing but rude and worried about her personal issues than anything at all. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A VERY NICE AND CARING WOMAN, ALISHA. ALISHA, I GIVE YOU 5 STARS!!!
