USA Towing

I scheduled a tow with this company for a set time. They called me a half an hour before they were supposed to show up and demanded to know where I was. The person on the phone was very rude and was upset with me for not knowing that they may come early. After telling them that I could not make it to the car before 10:30, scheduled time, they sent the tow driver away and then refused to reschedule with me. This left me high and dry and forced me to find another company, messing up my whole day. They should not make appointment times when they are going to arrive early, and should not then blame the customer. Don't use this ungrateful, unreliable company.
