ITOTALLY AGREE WITH THE POST THAT WASWRITTEN BY THE POODLE OWNER! I, TOO HAVE A POODLE AND WHEN I PICKED HER UP SHE LOOKED MORE LIKE A SCARECROW...OMG!!!! HER TAIL WAS CUT WITH A FEW HAIRS LEFT ONLY AND LOOKED TERRIBLE...THEY TRIMMER HER TOO CLOSE, AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CUT THE NAILS, EVEN THO IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE COST...NO MORE.....I PERSONALLYGO TO "A CUT ABOVE" IN LA VERNE.. THEY ARE FABULOUS AND THE SHOP IS LIKE A TINY DOGGY BOTIQUE. :)

NOT what it use to be. Bad, bad hair cut. Old guy needs to stay away from front desk. For several years I had wonderful care and service for my poodle. She died and a couple years later we picked another little girl. We tried a two groomings with new owners/staff but just not that good so we went elsewhere. That groomer moved so we tried pet bath again. What a mistake. Horrible uneven cut and cut feet she licked for several days. I've since been going to Palace Pet Salon in La Verne the last 3 groomings for excellent care and service.
