Purchased an item off the website. Then received a refund stating the item is out of stock. Will not be ordering from again.

Do not deal with this company or buy their product. I know very well who Grace is, she does not care about customer service in regards of the individual. I have dealt with Grace before and frankly if something goes wrong with your purchase..good luck. She only cares about her wholesalers that spend the big bucks on her cheaply made stuff.

My order came in 2 months late, we had to pay extra shipping to get it because they lied and sent it Media Mail (china is not Media). The pretty boxes on the website were actually wet, damaged, brown cardboard with no packing material. We could not get any help from customer service. After months of trying we finally talked to some who said she was "Gracie" the owner. She was very rude and flat out said she didn't care because we were only people who ordered through the website not a company. She said she would refund the extra shipping but not send the boxes they were supposed to come in. She lied and did not do anything. If this is how she treats American customers, image how she must treat her poor Chinese workers. Do not buy any Gracie China items - it is not worth your soul. I hope karma comes for her.
