        Wouldn't let me give neg. Waited (along with 5 others) over 30 min ea for orders. Mgr insist it is procedure to only fill 1 order at time & he must personally handle & deligate all orders. If u ask to speak to mgr he refuses & sends someone out to agrue with you (not listen or correct your complant, just straight up argue). If u continue & demand to get mgr he will stop everything going on in back of house to come out & show "his authority " very argumentative & condescending to customers. When u get your food u will need to send it back / have it corrected atleast 2 x's before right. With all the "personal attention" each order receives u would think it not only right but hot & fresh, NO IT IS NOT! They advertise 24 hrs, this also not true. Been by little after 9 pm to find closed, question it i was called a liar.Krystal restaurant in LaVergne is widely known for its snail pace speed.Please do not take my word, stop on by, just make sure u have 1 / 1.5 hrs to burn or use drive thru.
