Warning! Warning please do not take your pets here absolutely worst experience of my life. I was in a tough spot needed my dog groomed before the weekend due to having family over my normal groomer was not available. Was looking for a place that had availability. I think that should’ve been my first red flag the fact that nobody else took their dog out besides me. It absolutely dead employees are just sitting around I walked in. Saulo Vazquez was the gentleman that helped me was very nice in the beginning and welcoming to my pad . When I returned for pick up that’s on the horse story started! My poor Dog was in terrible shape shaking panting so scared his topcoat was super choppy five different levels very visible I was like wait you’re not done right I said no I’m done this is as far as I’m going with this stupid dog. Saulo started to tell me how my dog was not properly trained or educated... My dog has been going to a professional groomer over four years with no problems or issues. A co worker referred me to golden shears pet styling Grooming.. I brought my yorkie and chihuahua for a full groom and they look fabulous. You can tell Saulo Vazquez really cares about your pets.. My dogs were happy when I picked them up, not traumatized as with past groomers.
