Drove 45 miles across town to meet this Rose woman. She was a no show. Didn't answer her phone. Left a message got no reply. Was told the house was ready to rent. It was open so went in and looked. Was a long way from being ready. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I rented house from Rose Kaul after hurricane, She never fixed anything she said she would, though she did drag herself and her guy that was supposed to fix the stuff through on 30 minutes notice on Sunday afternoon. Then he came back, and still couldn't fix it. Now 5 months later she is concerned with it, because we're about to move out. She has been a very BAD experience all the way around no response to calls or letters.
