Came and fix my AC that was not cooling the same day. Took the tech 3 hours to change parts, clean it, and make work well. Kinda cold now - that the only complaint. Joe had a brand new Amana Part in his tuck. Highly recommended.

I called 5 times to request that the technition "DAN" at least follow up with me to confirm that he had ordered the part for my Thermador oven. After the receptionist assured me each time that I would receive a phone call by end of business day, NO CALL BACK! I will have to take the hit on the $50 service call and will most certainly take my business elsewhere.



Also, "DAN" the technition was rude and VERY rude to my 3 year old son who tried to engage in conversation with him.
