RUDE OWNER, Brad- terrible customer service- Disrespectful towards women and customers in general. After several days trying to contact him with ZERO reply, to share a concern over my account and a bad class experience that was quite embarassing for me personally.....He called me at 10PM at night to verbally attack me- having never even asked to hear why I was upset and trying so hard to reach the OWNER directly, he just terminated my membership and told me that sometimes you have to just "let some people fall through the cracks" and told me never to return to class because he can't have people "like me" there. (Apparently you can not give any kind of feedback or question their ediquette) Then dared me to write all the bad reviews I wanted because my voice doesn't matter. Really? Folks- Plenty of other studios to invest in. I have never ever been treated like this in my entire life by a so called professional?? I feel sorry for the nicer instructors that were kind & helpful.

Great place. New equipment. Clean studio. Lots of classes to choose from.
