The guys at MacAuto are truly the best! In all my years of buying cars, I can say that this was the most positive car buying experience ever. (Believe me, I have been on the other end before) We found them through CarGurus, . I had to drive from Costa Mesa to MacAuto in La Habra (well I’m glad I did!) I called the other night (after closing) and Marty Jr. answered the phone I asked about the Arctic White Prius Plug In Advanced they had on the lot and he gave me a True and real honest description of the car over the phone, he outlining every little nick, chip and detail. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that, I then asked if it’s too much trouble… would he please take some photos of the details along with the interior? Well he went a step further and did all that plus video! He really went out of his way to help put my mind as ease. I did not want to take off work and drive all the way La Habra only to be disappointed!

The next day I made the drive, and was meet at the door by Marty Sr. I introduced myself and he walked me over to meet Marty Jr. and Dave who both showed me the car. I could tell at that point It was worth the trip to La Habra This was a wonderful Arctic White Prius Plug In Advanced. It was just as Marty described and in the photos (it’s in great condition) Dave and I took a nice test drive, He and I had a very pleasant conversation. (No pressure, no sales questions at all) When we got back Dave walked me back over to Marty Jr. We sat down and honestly In less than two minutes had a deal! No BS no I have to take your offer to my GM, I didn't feel any pressure from him or anyone there. The paperwork was painless and I’m home now with a great used New to me car! This company is in a league if their own. . TOP NOTCH! Stop by and see the best car salesman around, his name is Tigran or "Tig" for short, and he'll make sure you're taken care of. . GUARANTEED! They don't try to get over on you like most, with them it's more personal. Don't take my word for it though, stop by and check them out for yourself because afterall what have you got to lose? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! But you've got everything to GAIN, especially a great deal with great people. . By the way i recently purchased a car from them, and it was really the BEST deal i could find ANYWHERE, and trust me i looked Everywhere too. . And I've been to a lot of dealers and and even have friends that are ex car salesman, so i know when I'm getting worked, but this dealership is nothing like them though, it was more like dealing with Friends!

Okay, what is the problem!?



I have been to a lot of car dealerships in my life, but this is the first time I ever went to a lot that was only used cars.

There was none of the runaround, none if the game-playing. The owner, Marty, showed me the car I saw on his website, I took it for a test drive, I liked , he checked out my car and gave me a trade-in amount I could live with, then he handed me off to his son for the financial part.

We did all the paperwork, he ran my credit (which is excellent), we added on a couple of extras, and I am about to drive out of here in the car I wanted for a price I like!

I recognize that it is possible to have problems, and I don't know how well the car will hold up, but this experience was SO much better than any other car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend them highly.

Went here looking to buy a car. I was kindly greeted by Marty, the owner. I didn't end up buying a car, but I had a great experience. I will be back. His son, Marty, was also very nice. Another guy, I think his name was Anthony, was very helpful. They gave me good amount of attention, but I never felt like they were working on commission to get me to buy a car. Highly recommend!
