Best 2 Your Life Hypnosis and Coaching

This is to let you know that going to Mita Alqahtani's hypnosis and coaching sessions were a life changer for me.

I initially went to see if I could change my thoughts and internal frustration with the medical profession. I had been diagnosed with breast cancer a few years prior to meeting Mita. I went through a biopsy, chemo and finally a mastectomy. I was angry about not receiving any alternative procedures from the doctors and since I was ignorant about them myself, while also being frightened about my outcome, I went ahead and followed their protocol. I did manage to become informed about alternative methods much later. I became informed about boosting my auto immune system, informed about not rushing to surgery and how important it is to live a happy life, etc. While learning that it all could have had a different ending, I became angry and frustrated.

I heard about Mita and her hypnosis and decided to give that a try. I was sceptical, but decided to give her a chance.

I completed my sessions and know that it did accomplish what I was after. My attitude has shifted. I am happier, I am kinder and more tolerant to my fellow beings. I see a silver lining where there once was none. Mita has a soothing voice. The atmosphere she works in is relaxed and very Zen like. She listens, she advises, she helps. It was a life altering experience for me. I am a different, more centered person and attribute that change to Mita and her hypnosis procedure.

Mid year I had to have extensive back surgery. Mita coached me for pain control before and after surgery. The Doctors were very surprised how quickly I recovered from surgery. With Mita's help and her amazing hypnosis processes my recovery has been a dream.
