Phil's Appliance Repair

I would never recommend Phil to repair anything. We had him out to repair our 1 year old samsung dishwasher, he found the problem and ordered the part, but when he came back out to install it, HE broke another pipe that then had to be ordered and replaced. So the repair took forever, but the biggest issue is that he was NOT CAREFUL and DAMAGED OUR DISHWASHER - it was pristine stainless and now there are scratches and dents in it. Not only did he not offer to fix the damage he caused, but he didn't care at all. I am livid and would never have paid him, but my husband did just to get him out of our house. Horrible experience.
