Rented large truck on line at Airport location- it was ready when I got there -people were very nice and friendly. Truck was great- clean and drove like a caddy! Will use again' thank you!' Drop off was a breeze and they gave me refund for extra day I didn't use! Wow

Recently rented a vehicle at this location. It was probably the quickest and most pleasant renting experience i have had.

I picked up my rental car at the Columbia Airport. I didn't have to wait in line. The customer services representative was well informed and very helpful. The process was quick and fast. Upon the return of the rental, the customer service representative as very concerned with my experience with the rental. I had no problem. I've always have great experiences with Enterprise Rental cars. This is the only rental car company that I use. Thanks for the great job!!

My experience with this location was great! Everything was smooth from making the reservation, picking up the vehicle and turning it back in. I was in and out in no time! I will use them again.

The Columbia Airport Enterprise has changed its hours to 8 AM. Don't worry you will get you email confirmation that you can pick up your vehicle at 7 AM the day before. When you freak out that you have 16 people waiting on you to make a long drive, you call to hear the hours of operation start at 7 AM. When the manger does arrive, he will not care, drag his feet and get you out of there by 8:40 AM. He will even comment that the hours change 28 days ago but they could not care enough to change the voicemail. Too bad we had schedule extended hours with the National Underground Railroad Museum. We could not even come close to making the cut off. I had to call and cancel. Worst company ever! They killed a chance for 16 boys to learn why our country needs to heal.

Excellent service at CAE Metro Airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Worked with me to get a car I was comfortable with as the initial vehicle was a bit too spacious. I'm a petite 5'2" and needed a smaller car. They were accomodating and I appreciated it. Rates were comparable to competitors.
