ZTech Auto Glass Pros

I had minor work done and when I picked my vehicle up, I had an item of sentimental value broke and thrown in my car. Some type of container was sat on my car seat and left a wet circular stain . This is a brand new vehicle. None of these things were even mentioned to me. The vehicle had to be returned for the work to be replaced. No apology or money refunded.

I called this company to install a new windshield in my truck...he was very prompt to come and do just that...but once the weather changed from snow to rain I noticed my windshield was leaking and my passenger floor board would get soaked, so I called and told him this and he promised me he would get it taken care of and he would be there within the hour...never showed I called him again same day and he told me I was next on the list it would be about an hour...no show again I called him a 3rd time same day and he told me to call him first thing in the morning and I would be his first stop..I called him and once again no show..called him again and he started sending me to his voicemail box that has not even been set up...he did this to me for a week...the following week I called and he answered and once again told me he promised he would take care of it and he would be there in an hr...no show again 3 more times he said that to me in the same day and never showed...he now denies my call every time, that is unless I use a different phone, but then he will use an excuse as to why he didn't answer..it has been 3 weeks of trying to get him to actually show up and fix my windshield...now it has cost me another $180 from the dealership for them to prove that it is in fact the windshield and then its going to cost me another $200 to have them replace it yet again! This guy is so unreliable that its not even funny and the fact that I am now up to over $600 because of his lack of worth ethic and his little pride he has in honoring his work...I would never call this company again
