The review below sounds like a bogus low level competitor to me. My family's 20 year experience with Gardner Plumbing has been nothing but awesome and professional. They have always been prompt and courteous. For example, my grandma needed a new water heater and being on a fixed income, she couldn't really afford it. I tried to help as much as possible, but having three young children, my hands were tied. I called them along with others to get pricing info and quickly figured out why she had called them for so many years. I can't remember the guy's name that i talked to, but he was so nice & understanding & was totally okay with the fact i had asked if it was possible to make a payment arrangement for her based on the fixed income, & he had stated that she was a loyal customer and it wouldn't be a problem. They gave us a free estimate after looking at the water heater, and gave a break-down of everything they used and would do, that way we knew what we were paying for. Then together we figured out what the best payment option was for us & paying half at time of job & making payments every week definitely helped us out. They were just all around helpful & such a lifesaver for my grandma. I tell everyone to call Gardner's. I know they're licensed and insured and that gives me peace of mind. I haven't used any other plumbers in Kokomo, so I can't say anything about them, but I can tell you first hand how awesome Gardner's is, and I'll even put my number if you want a referral.
