Knoxville Hindi Classes takes a whole-child approach to language education. Our goal is to empower your child with the ability to connect with their roots and Indian culture through the Hindi language. Our curriculum is designed for children to use their natural curiosity to learn spoken Hindi, and foundational reading, writing skills. Two Courses: Level 1 (Beginners) for Age 4+ A beginner level curriculum that is focused on improving basic Hindi vocabulary and everyday communication skills.​ Level 2 (Intermediate) for Age 8+ An intermediate level curriculum that significantly improves spoken Hindi skills of your child and also introduces basic reading and writing skills. Established in 2016. We all know the benefits of being multilingual. Research shows that learning more than one language expands child's creativity. They do much better in schools, score high on standardized tests, and are better problem-solvers because of a huge boost in cognitive development. This recent Huffington Post article summarizes the benefits very well. Being a new mom myself, I realized the importance of this issue and got motivated to establish the Knoxville Hindi Classes. We are hoping that these classes will provide a most needed avenue for our young kids to learn and explore Hindi in their early age when they are most susceptible for learning. No two students have exactly the same skills or learning style. That's why we create an individual learning plan for every child. In our classes, we combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring in a way that works for your child.
