I had to wait over 2 months to get my gas fireplace cleaned which I was fine with. On the morning of the appointment the technician calls me 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to inform me that he was uncomfortable removing his shoes in my house last year and wouldn't do it again. Had he even bothered knocking or ringing the doorbell, he could have worn the contractor shoe covers I provide workers if they have an issue and have to keep them on. Maybe he should put on his website that he refuses to take off his dirty shoes and can't be flexible enough to carry show covers or come up with another solution. Go somewhere where they can actually use the business.

Bad customer service; no responsibility to customers if the order is delivered wrong. When the mantel was delivered in a bad finish, this company charged us for replacement shipping and replacement delivery.
