The concern here is a complete lack of Technical knowledge and expertise. There is not one person in the Technical Dept. with any type of Electronics degree or training working on the complex machines. The facility uses no bicarbonate delivery systems or High Flux Artificial Kidneys due to mismanagement of Technical personnel. Expect higher than normal bills and doctor visits from this facility because they will not remove catheters and force you to go elsewhere. Additionally, if you have arrhythmias, expect a $500 bill for ambulance service as the RN's will call 911. Do not expect high flux TX or cutting edge at this facility. Expect the same treatment experience you had in the early 1990's, Expect Patient Care Technicians to deliver your treatments and explain Clinic operations. The RN's will be "too busy charting" while they hang out at the Nurse's Station to speak with you.
