I recently made an appointment with this facility in Knox. The receptionist Pam . upon completion of her introductory questions to find out who I am, how I would pay and what I would be seeing the doctor for. PTSD was the reason btw. Took it upon herself to diagnose me as having been abused by a family member at some point. Utterly offended I intended to keep the appointment and inform her supervisor. Then for four solid days they called to remind me of my appointment at least twice a day. Then I read their consent to treatment form and found that essentially has you sign away your confidentiality with your doctor. These jerks rate so low on the scale I give them one star because this site makes you give at least one. Stay away from these folks if you are in search of actual professionalism.
