This people doesn't have any respect for patients time! I waited over 2 hours , i it happens every single time i have to go there! Office is very dirty and staff very uncooperative !

I have been a patient for 15 + years and the front desk personel are friendly and honest about the wait time. It is a Walk in so the wait can at time be lenghty.



Nurses gain the first bit of information and they are also very pleasant. Physicians and PA's are very thorough with their examinations and allow patients sufficient time for explaining their illness or ailment. I actually had an incident a few years back and the Doctor new immediately that I needed to go to the ER..........She saved my life!! Overall, the Medical Center staff at BVL is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My family has not experienced any problems with this walk in clinic. Yes, one of the Dr.s smells like he smokes and his "bedside manner " is not great but he is an awesome Doctor. The PA there is excellent, more like a friend. He has helped us many times. Yes, there can be a wait there but it is a "walk in clinic", so we expect to wait. Sorry, no complaints from us.

Sat in waiting room for almost 2 hours by myself. Why it took so long I don't know. The treatment rooms were dirty and needed to be mopped. I went to refill a perscription because I was going out of town and my doctors office was closed. The doctor was quite rude and basicall told me nothing was wrong with me and that I was some kind of junkie. I am a police officer for god sakes. I have never been spoken to like that in my life. Typical for these low class ghetto medical clinics.
