Calypso Cay Resort

I have stayed at Calypso Cay many times and have had nothing but good things to say about them from their staff (very courteous and helpful) to the accommodations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pool area was great with the Tiki Bar that served drinks and some really good food. (nothing elaborate)

I had a very difficult experience with this hotel and I was not the only one. I've never written a complaint before, but travelers need to know what they are signing up for with this hotel. The hotel staff and management did not want to take any responsibility. They overcharged me 85$, so I keep calling them, and there is no one solve this problem. Really really disappointed. I will never stay here again and warn everyone to avoid this company.
