Bought a table and it was damaged and no one is helping to replace or answer any question don’t buy from here waste of time.

We are first time Ashley Furniture customers and had a wonderful shopping experience due to Chris McClain's warm welcome, great customer service, and product knowledge. Chris worked with me and my husband to help us select pieces that suit our styles and needs. Because I'm a visual person, Chris moved multiple furniture pieces around until I got the looks I wanted. In addition to being impressed by Chris, my husband and I also appreciated the variety of furniture pieces available in the store. Thank you Chris and we'll see you soon because we still need more furniture!

I shopped a bunch of stores looking for a specific style of bed room set. The employees at rooms to go didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. When we got to Ashley's, as soon as we walked in, a guy by the name of Humberto greeted us with a big smile. I didn't feel like I was talking to an employee. He made us feel like family. He is a pleasure to talk to and really listened to what I was looking for. I'm happy to say, I no longer have to keep shopping for a bed set. Thank you Humberto for your amazing customer service and helping us purchase such a beautiful bedroom set.

Pre-ordered everything I was looking for via phone with Nebal, who was awesome to work with. He sent photos of items I was looking for, took measurements for me and gave me a great price. We came in to the store the next day and completed the transaction in just a few minutes. Easy peasy andcwe are very pleasey lol!!

Terrible terrible terrible in efficiency . Delivery dates have been pushed back , changed and are on backorder . Very dissapointed with expecting my purchase in a timely and professional manner . I will purchase nothing more from this store and advise NO ONE to shop there . I rate you negative 5 stars on the Osceola location . Shame on you !

Worst Service EVER! Talked to a salesperson over the phone in regards to a "package" set up in November. She told my husband Ashley Furniture would honor the sale price of the package still, also telling him, they still have that package! We get to the store, excited and ready to go...We were going to do payments through RAC, because it was convenient for us that way. The guy who had written the payment plan up, changed the numbers, MAKING THEM HIGHER! After trying to explain to him the situation got heated, he also said we could come back with those same price papers and receive same deal. Instead this time, he tried to say he never said that. Was very rude, and allowed a customer of ASHLEY FURNITURE walk out of the door. The sales lady of ASHLEY FURNITURE whom furniture is from NOT RAC was the one who has say so in price NOT HIM! VERY P'D OFF w/ his service. Such disrespect! and that is not how we like to do business, and we sure the H'L don't like being cheated or ripped off. It's good money, for good furniture. Dont go to that RAC center, but pay with cash at Ashley, I support Ashley Furniture, but deff, not the RAC center inside!!!!! They are vultures!!!
