        I have bad review with this bank. They say that it's a second chance bank, but when I got back from being over seas I wanted to open up a checking account, and they said that they don't do credit checks. So when I tried to open my account they told me that I had bad credit to open up the account. Then I told them that your bank rules say no credit check but you checked my credit rating anyways so I can't open an account? They said no I had to talk to 3 different credit places that had my review. If you say no credit check then you are lawfully wrong.
