Walmart - Vision Center

No problem with doctor. Support staff rude and defensive when confronted with error. Refuse to mail me my Rx ("We don't mail that often.") after I stopped in to pick it up and they gave me my glasses, and forgot to include Rx. Still waiting for for it to come in the mail, over a month!!! If I ran my clinics this way, we would have been out of business and me out of a job! Own your mistakes and correct them, don't blame the victim/customer. You don't mail? Seriously? LOL Thank goodness I have attorneys (med - mal), Supreme Court Justice and Senator hopeful in my family. Most people do not and just have to endure this abuse. I don't. Never again at Kingston Walmart Vision Center!
