        horrible experience/ stay away

        I could have written the last review. Had a New York state inspection done. A week later, started hearing loud grumbling noise from the driver's side front wheel on braking. I brought it back in and was told there was no brake pad left on the very wheel they inspected!!!@ The technician tried to explain that there must have been some pad there, which a week later was gone! This in a car I hardly drive. No apology, no taking any responsibility for an obviously big mistake, which makes me wonder if they even looked at the brake. Especially weird that the wheel they took off was the one that a week later had no brake pad.
