King George Nail Salon

I called to make an appointment because I was going to prom that evening. They said okay, 2:30, but never took my name. I showed up 5 min early and they proved my fear...they just pacified me with taking my appointment and there was no appointment..!!!! I sat and waited 25 min for two people in front of me. I REALLY DON'T APPRECIATE that I called ahead, made an appointment and they LIE about having one....BS! Then I asked her to shorten my nails and she ignored me! I had to ask her three times before she acknowledged I was even talking!!! Then she reluctantly shortened my nails. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, RUDE, AND DIRTY. DO NOT GO HERE...

THE WORST experience. They gave me an ugly french manicure which I wrote off to being a matterof personal preference. But all of the white polish flaked off the next morning except for on 2 nails. So the 2nd day I decided to remove the remaining polish so I wouldn't look so messy and the other polish wouldn't come off with polish remover!



I went back into KG nails to have the impervious 'polish' removed and get a refund and as one gal tried to rub and rub the product off my nails (I type with some still on there) I was berated by the male who I assume is the owner, for not calling earlier in the week to complain. As though the fact that product that can't be removed from my nails isn't enough grounds for a refund.



He refused to refund me, complained that he was not happy and gave me a lot of nonsense about how topcoat nail polish doesn't come off. The fish tank in which you can barely make out fish has me questioning the hygeine. There are lots of salons out there that want you to be satisfied with your experience and their service. This is not one of them!!!
