My interaction with the actual lawyer, WM Barry Phillips, went well but he was only present for the free consultation. Karla is the assistant, at first she seemed friendly and willing to help with questions I had about my bankruptcy. This was a very emotional and hard decision for me to make. I never thought I would ever have to file for bankruptcy but due to being laid off and not being able to find a job that paid the same I had to come to the realization I was not going to be able to keep my house and pay the debts I owed. Karla was condescending, impatient and not compassionate in the way she spoke to me when I had questions about the filing or on the day I had to sign the paperwork to forfeit my home back to the bank. If you are looking for someone who actually enjoys their job and understands that when a person has to go to a lawyer, a sense of human decency needs to be shown; then I would not recommend going to this firm as you will not be dealing with the actual lawyers at all for a bankruptcy only their assistant. Choose a firm with a knowledgeable and kind paralegal. I will update my review once the whole thing is completed.

I was very satisfied with the work that I recevied. If I ever need any type of legal assistance, I would go back to them and I would also recommend this law firm to everyone I know.
