My daughter was seen here and the visit was awesome! Mrs. Renee the hygienist was very knowledgeable and nice. Mrs. Joyce and Mrs Monica were very nice as well. Dr Moola took her time with the exam and explained things. Thank you to the KS staff!!!

It was a pleasant experience. Joyce was great. We love seeing her there. The wait time wasn't long at all.

Service is horrible, kids hate it. I waited an hour for my appointment today, when i ask about the status they said they forgot and i have to wait becauae there was 6 people ahead of me. 60-75 total minutes is a lie on the total service. They do have a game room for kids to play, so two stars.

Love Kool smiles on lowes blvd. The employees are so sweet and professional. My kids love coming here!!! I dnt know what people are talking about with negative reviews. I have never had a problem in 4 years. i highly recommend this place.

I've used this location for 3 years, I have no complaints. I have 2 children and the staff ALWAYS get us right in and straight to the back. Today was my daughter's birthday, Joyce & Renee made her appointment extra special. I recommend this location. :)

They were awesome with me. Nurse Alma, Nurse rene and dr houla were amazing. they explained everything to me as they went i never had questions

To I got a fill in it really good the service good and very kid friendly a play house the lady @ the is nice dr Jong and her assistant Alma and nastoscia were great!

My kids absolutely love this place. My 4 year old has had a lot of work on her teeth but never has a problem with coming back because the staff here are absolutely amazing and treat them great. I've been going to this dentist office since I was 10 and they've always been really nice and professional. I was there today for a couple of fillings and was helped out by Dr.Moola and her assistants, Alma & Miqueal who were very friendly & good with telling me everything that's going on.

I've been coming here for a while now. When they clean my teeth, I enjoy it less then when I get a filling or something of that sort. Today, when getting two fillings, Dr. Paytal and Alma and Micqueal did an amazing job. They even ask frequently if the patient is okay.

I've been bringing my children here for years and we absolutely love it here they keep you informed and your child can ask questions and actually get age appropriate answers Dr. Jung and her assistant Alma are spectacular.

Ms.Renee Joyce was very nice, helpful and kind. The whole koolkids team was very nice and respectful i would recommend this Dentist to other families.

I really enjoy going to Kool Smiles every 6 months. I am always greeted by the front desk as well as when I go to the back. The environment is very fun and unlike any other dental office I have been to. This Kool Smiles is definitely one of a kind.

I love Kool Smiles they are amazing. They work so hard trying to get all the patients back in a timely manner. I want to point out one person which is Brandy. She did amazing with my kids. She was very kind and gentle and she calmed my children down. Brandy is my favorite assistant by far. Oh and Shauna did amazing with cleaning their teeth. She is so sweet.

Took my kids for a cleaning everyone in the office was friendly. My child needed sealants and miss Janie was nice to my explained what sealants were and took the time to show my kids what she was going to do. Definitely recommend Kool smiles .

I take both my kids here for teeth cleaning and I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and informative and their doctors are lowing, considerate and understanding. The office is kid friendly and my kids love playing on the slide. They take most insurance and their wait time is reasonable. Appointment times are important and rescheduling appointments are painless. They send out dentist appointment reminds to your email and via text. Strongly recommend this location for your dentist work

this is the best dental office i have ever taken my kids to. The staff is very friendly and fun to be around. They sure do know how to work with kids. My 3 year old has always been terrified and screams and its a fight to get into his mouth. Shauna was his cleaner and she was so amazing. She talked to him and got him to stop crying and even got him to open his mouth and let her clean him. Best experience we have ever had.
