I feel compelled to share my experience with Billy Barrett and his wonderful staff at Barrett's Upholstery Center.. I came in on a Friday morning with the headliner on my suburban hanging down. Billy immediately greeted me when I walked in the door. He came outside took a look at my car and quoted me a fair price and explained to me what the job entailed. They finished the job same day and when I came to pick it up I was more than satisfied with the job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do business with honest, friendly professionals. I cant wait to get my dining room set done next month.... Thanks Billy

Barretts Upholstery Center does not have an invoice reflecting the alleged furniture job but our company policy is we are willing to try and satisfy any wrong. we appreciate each and every customer owner Billy Barrett it appears since their is not contact information we simply think since we terminated an employee on this date it could be a disgruntled person

I needed my couch fixed and the guys quote was outrageous!! Over $1500.00. I said no deal, I can just buy whole knew couch ya know? The man "through me a life line" and said he'd do it for $482.00 since I'd been through so much and was still paying on it. Sounded fair enough to me, helpful even. However the dude straight up lied. By the time he finished the work which by the way was better but not a satisfactory job, he tried to charge me $1386.00III Even threatened to take me to court. When I reminded him about our previous agreement he had the nerve to ask me if I got it in writing. What a jerk! What kinda deal is that? Not to mention I provided my own cushions provided by the manufacture. Long story short there work is lackluster and you will be ripped off. Stay away from these thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple of years ago I used Ick's Upholstery on my 1962 Chevy and they did a outstanding job! I just recently used Barretts for my Pontoon boat. They did a better than I expected job, and when I had to take my boat back to have something followup work done Billy and his guys fixed what was needed. They did this without complaining and completed the follow up very quickly. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future. The price was very fair and the workmanship was great!
