Unlimited bus company is the worst school bus company I have ever experienced as a parent. I have called an complained about the bus driver over 7 times since the beginning of the school year and NOTHING has got resolved. The school bus driver picks up my second grade child in Old Bridge to take them to her private school (which is not cheap). The township contracted this company this year because they have the cheapest bid and IT SHOWS!! First, the driver let's the 7 yr old off of the bus in the afternoon without seeing a parent, this is a HUGE issue and is very dangerous because anything can happen to the 7yr old, the company has been notified and the driver has been spoken to about it, yet she continues to do it. The driver is extremely rude and does not seem to even like kids!!.. The driver is never on time in the morning which causes the kids on this bus to arrive late to school almost everyday. Everyday the driver wears her pajamas in the morning while driving the kids, she literally looks like she rolled out of bed. Most recently, I was running a few minutes behind schedule so my child was not at the bus stop in the AM, we were running out of the house and the driver drove right last us after seeing my child waving her hands and she made eye contact with me, who drives past one of the kids on the bus???? The company was notified and were no help at all, Infact they defended the driver!!!!! Over all very bad business and they're clearly the cheaper school bus company for a reason.
