I came in for an oil change and inspection. Ms. Mejia greeted me, told me about the wait time, researched my extended warranty oil service and made me feel at home. She is also polite, respectful, kind and when she gives you her word she makes good on her promise. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I had the opportunity to see Ms. Mejia interact with another one of her clients inside the waiting room. She treated that client exactly like she treated me even though, in my opinion, the other lady had a lot of questions and was impatient. We buy our vehicles from Cecil Atkission Motors because of the excellent service we have always been provided by your company's personnel. You hire people who already understand and like people... something you can't train because it comes off as "artificial". I consider Ms. Mejia a great ambassador for your dealership. She goes out of her way to explain, listen and treat her clients as if they were part of her family. Thank you so much for having good people on staff!
