Sprinkle Foot & Ankle Center

I Love Dr Sprinkle and His Staff. He's a Good Doctor when it comes to feet and ankle problems. He helped me when no others took the time to find out what was causing my problems and he helped my Niece as well.

The staff in the front desk are absolutely uncompassionate and are on a power trip. My daughter went in with her step dad because I was born with a disability that causes me to be in much pain in the morning therefore I could not take her. She was referred by her medical doctor, but when she got there she could not find her medical card, of which she may have lost since her last appointment at her medical doctors. But Sprinkle refused to see her without the hard copy. I tried to tell my husband to tell them that I'd call her doctors at 8am only a few minutes from then to get them a copy, but they still refused. I really got very angry that not only could I not be there to settle this amicably because of the extreme pain I was in, but because they refused to talk to me on my husbands cell phone so I could tell them about getting them a faxed copy, of which after my husband tried to explain but they would refused anyways. I mean, they were only going to get a copy of the hard copy anyway, so whats the big deal? Especially if they get that copy straight from another doctor?So after trying to call them directly numberous times I got so angry they refused to speak with me, that I left a very nice (not) message telling them how ridiculous & unaccetable their behaviour was and that now after all this, not to bother fixing another appointment that I'd find someone else who I can actually trust. After my husband & daughter had already left, they called me back, and said they were going to change their mind and see my daughter but after hearing my message they decided not to. Please keep in mind my husband already left their office and was half way home. So they lied about that. Their compassion for my 16 year old who is suffering enough of her own pain with her feet was just too overwhelming for me, that I'll find her another place of treatment. I mean if humanity doesn't begin at the desk, I certainly don't want to go any further than that! I certainly would not recommend them, unless they can learn to get some "bed-side" manners.
