These guys do not stand behind what they sell. NW Smokes sold me a cheap knock off Vape pen for over $45.00. It worked for less then two weeks then quit.

I went back for a replacement or refund but the person behind the counter said she would be fired if she gave a refund for any reason.The owner showed up after about an hour of waiting and refused to issue a refund and said he did not have another one to exchange.



Be very carful if you do business with NW Smokes..

I will no longer do business with them since they do not stand behind what they sell.
