AT&T

This retail store is the worst. They don't want to work, they only open the store for talking to each other. I went to this store 2 times cuz trying upgrade for the iphone 6. All they said "go to apple store cuz they have iphone 6,... we don't"; I told them you can order onine for me; they said yeah and still pushing me to apple store....excuse me, why do you open the "retail AT&T store"?? and pushing customoer to other store? just close the store so don't waste other people's time to stop by for nothing...If apple store close by, I already stop by them, cuz their service is the best...so organize and always try to help customers...not like you guys...standing around talking to each other...anyways, will never stop by this store again...even though close to my house..

Very helpful in picking a phone and setting it up. Also very helpful explaining plan options and helping us decide on a plan.
