The last 2 experiences I had were horrible! The 1st lady, I got a sew-in from her and the braids were so tight! It literally hurt for WEEKS! She was supposedly an expert in natural hair but if that's the case she would have not braided my hair so severely tight!

Then the 2nd time I went, I decided to try someone different. This lady was very nice but the sew was just TERRIBLE! I decided to get a lace closure and she sewed it on too far back and so I had her fix it, but still ended up too far back. Then, a few weeks later the whole closure came off because she didn't sew it on right. Then I tried calling back to speak with the owner but kept missing him. I just gave up because I decided it would be a waste of time going back. I paid around $200 to get 4 bundles sewed in. The prices are not cheap and it makes me so upset to spend that much on INCOMPETENT WORK!

My advice, if you are looking for a place for a great sew in, this is NOT THE PLACE to go.

Embarrassed and humiliated. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience because I made a request to have my braides removed even though I was willing to pay and also get my hair redone. My hair is a mess because I work so much, wash my hair alot and cover it for religious reasons. The woman I talked to made me feel so irrelevant. I was willing to pay for anything I wanted. I was ripped off financially along with a horrible ending result! 65$ for my son's dreads to be retwist. They didn't even twist the entire dread or style it. I usually pay 60$ downtown Atlanta for re-twist entire dread and style. Then I was charged 85$ for my 9 year old daughter's hair when that wasn't the agreed price from owner when I dropped them off but because my husband picked them up, they manipulated the charges. However although extremely expensive I wouldn't have been upset if the work was done right. My daughter was crying that her head hurts because they were so rough taking her braids down. With her beautiful long,curly hair being so uneven I can tell they pulled her hair out. I was told her hair would have a steam treatment and that was never done and my daughter's hair ended up being dry and full if spritz! That's sad I could've done it all myself however I was pressed for time and decided to take them to the closet available business.THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I've been going to Upscale Salon and Weave Center for 3 years and have always been satisfied with service. Stylist are friendly and professional would recommend to anyone.

This is a rewiew is from 1 client of a list of over two Thousand, and atthough we respect the opinion of all of our clients, on this we totally disagree. Upscale is a very good salon and this young lady is a very good stylist.

The woman who posted about the new stylist at Upscale Salon is very crazy. She is one of those people that you can't please no matter what the stylist does. She also wanted the stylist to come in one hour early just for her. She wants to control the stylist. She left a $20 tip on both visits and she also stated that she loved her hair. She also removed the Malaysian weave by herself and you have to use the proper tool to remove the links. She is a business owner of Glamour girls day spa in Kennesaw ga and from what we hear that place isn't worth the money! What she doesn't know is that the stylist she is talking about has worked on several celebrities and they were very pleased. I was in the salon when the stylist talked to her on the phone and she was very professional with her.

Excellent salon!!! The staff was very professional and friendly. My appointment started on time, which is a PLUS, when visiting any salon. My hair turned out AMAZING and left the salon feeling refreshed and beatified. I can't wait until my next appointment with Sparkal B. She will HOOK YOU UP!!!!!!

Upscale Salon is a very nice establishment in a GREAT location! I'm not just saying this because I am a stylist here, but because the atmosphere is very relaxing & inviting. Mr. Bobby always has the Jazz music playing. All the stylist are nice and friendly! We strive to make sure clients receive a memorable experience and want to come back.

Loved the attention to detail recieved. The location is superb and the amenities are wonderful also. Its really nice having a foot stool when getting your washed and listening to lovely Jass music :).

Upscale Salon is a really great salon! Its one of the most elegant salons in my area. The customer service is great and the stylist are even better! when i walk into the salon i'm greeted immediately and offered water, abd coffee. i would really suggest this salon to everyone if your looking for a comfortable & elegant salon & great prices!

This salon is awesome! The customer service is Great! You're offered Free coffee in the morning. It's the small things, like foot rest at the shampoo bowls and at the dyers. Nice Jazz music playing and Very Very Clean! The owner is there to make sure you're ok. This is a must experience salon.
