Town Center Nails

Drove there from Dallas since somebody told me they were so good. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. I was asked if I wanted solar nails. I said no just acrylic and that I was trying to keep it cheap as I am not working. (I don't even know what solar nails are?) Once I was done, had already paid, and was sitting under the dryer I noticed the prices on the wall and realized that I was over charged. I asked how much mine should have been? I was told a lower price but that I got solar nails which were better so it was more! I clearly told them I didn't want solar nails AND that I wanted what the cheapest since I am not working. The tech took it upon herself to do what she wanted and charge me for it. My mother was sitting right there and heard me tell the tech exactly what I wanted! The tech spoke and understood English so there was no misunderstanding! Needless to say this was my and my mother's first and LAST time there!! And I still don't know what the heck solar nails are since I see absolutely no difference in looks or technique!

I have been going to TC Nails for 6+ years and the service is consistent and my nails always look great. They are friendly and always remember my name as I walk in the door. Great place to go and relax while I get my pedicure - love the massage chairs!

I always receive outstanding service when I use Town Center Nails. Even though I have to drive a bit longer to get there, I prefer it to any other nail salon I've ever used. Their prices are reasonable, the service is efficient, and all the employees are very nice and friendly. They make a real effort to get to know their customers and don't take them for granted.
