Rodriguez Painting

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a week in advance a job to paint trim on the exterior of my home. They were supposed to start on a Monday at 9am. You will not believe the three, YES 3 excuses as to why my job never got started, let alone finished.
Excuse #1: "Sir, the crew that was supposed to do your job had truck trouble. Because of the cold weather (was no less than 36 degrees over night) the truck would not start and it has to get towed. However, they will be there at 2pm."
2pm comes and goes.....
Excuse #2: "The painter was on his way, but a ladder flew off of his truck on I-75 so he will not be able to make it. But.. We will send a very reliable crew over to your place first thing in the morning. "
Tuesday morning comes and guess what??? No paint crew.... So I call them up around 10:30 which leads us to ...
Excuse #3: "Hi sir, unfortunately the painter came out to your house, too a look at the job and said I can't make any money here and left."

I cannot make this stuff up folks! Use the sub contracting fools if you'd like, but thy will burn you!

Inexperienced and Horrible Company!!

I had Rodriguez paint my home exterior over five months ago. Few months after the work was done the paint started to come off. I called them to have someone come in do the touchup or repaint. It’s been now two months that I have been calling these guys 2/3 times a week and every time I am told someone will get back to me or they will send the painter who painted my home.
It is now in December and paint was originally done in May, no one shows up to do the rework of the poor job.
This company is a joke. Folks don’t waste your time and money.

The art of lying not painting!!!! It was one excuse after the other of why they either couldn’t start the job on time or why the job has been completed as of today which was a start date of over 10 days ago we had to personally babysit the painters to in sure the job was getting done and then the contract painters they used brought in day labor help who actually did not know how to paint this company is not a company to trust do not give them your money and trust him with your home

My experience with Rodriguez painting was outstanding! They arrived promptly as scheduled and even gave you another courtesy call when they were in route. They reviewed my expectations to confirm they were prepared to complete the work as discussed in my quote. They were very knowledgeable and consultative in directing me on paint sheens for my walls based upon members of the household and traffic in those areas. I could not be happier with the result. You'll have an awesome-looking finished product, and you won't break the bank. They work efficiently and will be a pleasure to have in your home. They exceeded my expectations; I would refer them without hesitation.

We were very unhappy with our interior painting. Flat paint was used over semi-gloss. When it did not cover, it took 2 months to come back out for another coat. Our carpet, tile, counters, shower, trim and mirror were left covered with paint drops and spray that is not coming off. When I contacted them I received not response or support. Their customer service is non exinsistant and quality of work atrocious. I would not recommend their service.

Well I had my home in Dallas painted by this company about 3 months ago, and I am just very happy about the work that was done. The price was very good, the painters were clean and respectful. And overall the company made me very happy and was professional throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone, as I have already recomended family and friends.

Just got my house painted, my house looks great! I will use them again if i have any other paintings. Very professional and helpful. They even gave me a referral check for the people i told to paint with them.

I got the interior and exterior of my home painted by Rodriguez Painting. I have to say that I'm completely pleased. All around the company is great. Almost as if everyone from the office workers to the estimator to the painters are in unison. I'm extremely impressed and pleased with the levels of professionalism this company has.

I had my house painted by Rodriguez painting earlier this year and everything was fantastic. The customer service was great when I was scheduling my appointment. Francisco was the estimator and was very punctual and very professional, he explained the estimate in detail and answered all my questions. Other companies were not as detailed and didn't break down any of the carpentry needed on my home. The painters as well were very professional and showed me everything that was getting done to my home before they started. They worked very efficiently and completed the project in 2 days. The company also kept true to the promise of the referall fee if I refered other customers, and i received a check from them after they completed the work of the people I referred. Very pleased with the whole process of working with them. I would refer them to anyone!

I had Rodriguez paint my home exterior over a year ago. I depended on them to let us know if wood needed to be replaced. They did not do this and several months after the work was done the paint began to peel. They sent someone out who said a lot of the wood should have been replaced and the person who was no responsible was no longer with the company. We said we would pay for the wood of course and even offered to give them more work. That was months ago. We cannot get them to come back here to fix the poor job much less do the new work. Half the time they don't answer the phone. It's been over a year. We will probably have to hire a new company but I will tell everyone I know, and that is many, my story of this poor service and work.

This company is just like a joke. Unprofessional and don't care about customer need and want. Don't give them your business and you will regret Bad bad bad.

Had Rodriquez Painting come out to my house and give me a quote this week. They do not quote what they advertise at all! They quoted to repaint the exterior of my house for $2,590 which completely contradicts their advertisement. A small house on their website is listed at $1,190-$1,390. My house is 1,200 square feet... even if they wanted to say that my house is medium sized that is still listed on their site for $1,490-$1,790!!! Needless to say I will be going with another company that is has given us a much more reasonable quote and does not lie and waste their customers time!

My house was completed before December and I was very worried the cold would ruin the paint. Rodriguez Painted at the perfect time and my house looks wonderful. The way the job was performed and the skill level at which it was done. Price was fair and the service was kind and great. I would defiantly recommend rodriguez painting to my family members and friends. Great company!!!

Rodriguez Painting was excellent from start to finish!! My estimator gave me a very detailed estimate for painting the interior of my home. The price was exceptional for the all the work that had to be done! Thank you Rodriguez Painting for making my house look beautiful again!!!

I recently had the interior of my house painted, pretty much the whole house with this company, since the beginning of getting an estimate to the final walk everything was great, excellent customer service, professional team. I could not have ask for a better service, the painters were highly professional, I was recommended to this company and I will continue recommending it, I paid the right amount for the project. I will use this company again to paint the exterior of my home in the future.

I scheduled an estimate for Thursday at 7pm. When they didn't show I called the company and the girl said "someone" had not scheduled it correctly. She said she would have someone at my home by 8pm. At 9:45 this guy finally shows up. He quotes me a price of $2,500 which contradicts their advertisement of $1,190-$1,490 for a small house. He then tried to convince me that my house was large. My house is 1,300 square feet!!!!! Do not hire this company they are unprofessional and have false advertisement!!

This company is awful very disorginzed. They cannot do what they say they will do. I had them come and fix the trim to my home. They sent a guy who did not speak english and what I was quoted was not they did. Then got made because I wanted done right. Please if you don't want the headache do not call them. AWFUL

Absolutely horrible service. Did not do any prep work at all before painting, despite charging me extra for prep work. Sprayed the walls without using any fans to remove fumes from the home. Fumes lingered for 3 days and caused respiratory problems for all who entered the property. Spilled paint all over the front yard andtracked paint footprints down the walkway and sprayed paint all over light fixtures. I had to hire another painter to fix the mess that they made of the walls.
