Hill Mechanical

I would strongly discourage anyone from using Hill Mechanical. I had a plumber come out a few weeks ago looking for a leak. He found nothing and there was no water anywhere to be found then I come home the next day to my home flooded. After a different plumber came out a couple days later he found that the line connected to my refrigerator was leaking and had been since the plumber from Hill Mechanical came out... when he checked the line originally & found “no leak”, he then pushed it back up against the wall too far and broke the line. When I told him what was going on he refused to accept any responsibility even though he’s the only one who touched the line. I’ve called to speak with the owner Daniel Hill several times and have received no callback from him to this day. Now I’m looking at thousands of dollars of damage to my home caused by this company and they don’t even have the decency to return my call and make it right.

Did okay work, they were quick and efficient but left scratches in sinks where they had to replace parts. Garbage disposal was replaced put for some crazy reason the "plumber" would not hook up any electrical wires. I had to call another service for that. All that was needed was a single wire connect to the bottom. Waste of money and time. The plumber did not leave me with any of the warranty information or the tool that gooes in the kit that comes with the disposal for cleaning. DO NOT hire this company if there is Anything to do with anything other then plumbing and get "their" definition of what that is. Lastly, sigh... I have waited for months after the work was done for the warranty information and the tool to be dropped off after repeated calls. I finally decided others should know of the issues I have had. It is not only the plumber, it is the lady who answers the calls, as well as the owner. I spoke with all three so I should not have fallen through 3 cracks???
