I absolutely love all the vets and staff. They are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend the Boulevard.

Adding insult to injury

Beyond upset. Came here to get my 2 year old puppy cremated after a terrible passing due to liver cancer and the ashes given back to us. This place not only wrongly charged us for euthanasia and cremation but threw out the ashes too. Still did not give us our money back. We are looking into a lawsuit. Such a careless mistake. My tip is to take your pet elsewhere. These people do not care.

the best doctors and staff

I have been taking my pets here since 1998! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Dr Fuerst and Dr Markowitz are extremely caring and wonderful. Dr lauren is fantastic! The staff is fantastic and they truly love animlas. AND they are now open sundays!

We were so upset with the trea...

We were so upset with the treatment our late cat Grania got at Boulevard Veterinary Clinic that we filed a formal complaint with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Its veterinary unit told us in a recent letter that an investigation had raised “certain concerns” about Boulevard.

Grania died this summer after Boulevard performed much more extensive surgery on her than it told us it would to remove a small growth on her shoulder. Boulevard forgot to remove a tourniquet it clamped on Grania’s paw, misled us about whether it is staffed overnight, said she needed a blood transfusion and then failed to give her one. Boulevard finally said we should take her to another veterinary hospital where she could get a transfusion, and it then lied to us by promising it would brief the facility where we took her. It didn't.

The AG’s Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners unfortunately declined to take any disciplinary action against Boulevard. But it said it did send correspondence to Boulevard “in which it discussed certain concerns raised during the Board’s investigation.”

P.S.: We just received a form notice from Boulevard that Grania is due for her rabies vaccination.
