Exact Eye Care Inc

Dr. Kozal is great. Unfortunately, I won't go back due to one of the older ladies that works the front desk. My son was a first time contact wearer and I wanted to be sure he got in to some contacts that were really comfortable. We tried 4 kinds, which I don't think is unreasonable, especially since they're free to the eye clinic. She was rude and acted irritate when I would call. When I went to pick up the last trial pair, when she started in with her rudeness, I told her I felt as though she had been irritated with me. Instead of apologizing, she tried to justify her rudeness and told me she'd been doing this for 22 years. As much as we like the eye doctor, we'll take our money elsewhere. Unfortunately for Exact Eye Care, that one person is costing them business.
