Marlow's Wrecker Service

Called to check on vehicle status as it was told by road side assistance that the tow company reported the car driving away. When I explained that the car was still in the abandoned location the guy on the phone put me on hold, came back on the line and said something about getting another truck to tow then hung up. When I called back to see what he stated, he exclaimed that  I needsd to stop calling this number or he would press charges for harassment and immediately hung up on me. What kind of business/service is that? All I needed was my car towed as it was assigned and this is the thanks I get. 3 hours later, had to drive back to the location and sit on hold with road side assistance because of this company.
