Western Pines

Yo tengo 18 años viviendo aqui,confieso que cuando Sonia llego de manager ,nos costo acatar las reglas,pero ha sido por nuestro bienestar,esta es mi comunidad,me siento segura ,me encanta que estan arreglando calles y casas se ve muy bonita western pines.

It was a nice place to live when I moved in, but our current manager, Sonia, has let the power go to her head. She picks and chooses who has to follow her rules.... so while I have to repaint my deck again for the second time, my neighbor's deck isn't painted at all..... ever. I've asked her about it and it never gets answered. Oh, it's Christmas too, so she decided to have my car towed out of my own driveway because it had a bad inspection sticker on it. It cost my $260 to get my car back. So people, if you value your sanity, look somewhere else to move. (yes, you will be fined alot if you move here)

This "Manager" is always bothering people about fixing,changing,painting,building,cutting anything her way or else you get fined left and right. If it's not her way she's harrassing to kick you out of the community. It's unacceptable!!! She needs to do something else with her time. This is a great nice community and you have this evil,racist,mean,fat rat bothering people. There's no excuse for her unprofessional behavior the community would be so much better without her. I wonder if the "boss" knows how controlling she is????? Ridiculous!!!!
