While the young lady that assisted me was very polite and helpful, she must not have been trained properly. When I returned to pick up my glasses, I noticed there weren't glare resistant. I asked why and the gentleman asked-did she not ask you if you wanted it? I said no and then he preceded to tell me I have 30 day satisfaction and if I'm not happy, they will make adjustments. I said well I wanted non glare lens. He then said maybe they could correct it, but he would have to ask the manager. He returned to let me know that they would be happy to correct them for only $110.00! I said really???? I just bought them and I have to pay an additional 110.00! I would not recommend Vision Source to anyone. I believe as a client you should be made aware of your choices! I upgraded to the poly carbonate lens and would have gladly paid a little more for the non glare! Beware and be prepared to know exactly what you want when you walk in! In no way, was it the new employee's problem, it's a management problem.
