I just moved to houston and needed to find my next hairstylist. I am excited to say I found her! Charlotte is great! I got a pretty drastic short assymetrical haircut. I had already been turned down at another salon because she said she couldn't do it. Charlotte took on the challenge and did excellent! I've gotten so many compliments and it's barely been a day! I will probably be going in for a brazilian blow out soon. Totally recommend her!

I just had my hair done yesterday, at Charlotte's salon. I'm so satisfied that I want to leave this review, to let others know of my experience.



Charlotte is a excellent stylist with the greatest attention to detail I have experienced. I recommend her to anyone wanting a Brazilian Blowout, and also a stylist. I am Egyptian so my hair is slightly course & very curly. I came for a Brazilian Blowout as I have gotten them in the past, in other salons.



To my surprise, I have tried to relax my hair at home. Instantly she took it upon herself to touch up my roots, as she said I would not be happy with the result otherwise (since my curly hair would be better straight first).



I came out of the appointment a new woman! I love my sleek, smooth hair. My unruly locks have turned into brilliant, smooth and straight hair.



Charlotte is very talented at what she does, and doesn't skimp on details. She is enjoyable, personable and also a great person at heart.

I love the way Charlotte does my hair! I have long hair it is hard trying to find someone that knows how to treat and take care of long, course hair. She recommended the Brazilian Blow out since I did not want to put a perm on my hair, and I LOVE IT! My hair is more manageable and I get compliments all the time! Thanks Charlotte!

My daughter and I went to Total Transformation last week.

My hair was long and I wanted it colored and layered. As for my daughter, She wanted a complete hair treatment. Charlotte was able to provide us with the right advice for both of us, and the outcome was very satisfactory, therefore I will definitely recommend her anytime.

I disagree with the previous comment. The Brazilians Blowout is not a chemical. It is an Amino Acid that only strengthens the hair. I have had it here many times and I love it each time. Charlotte is great and her new building is lovely.

Total Transformations is a JOKE! I had a "Brazilian Blowout" that totally ruined my hair. Being that I have had one before, I know the steps which are needed to complete the process. The steps of washing and rinsing out the product where skipped, therefore my hair looks and feels over processed; it is not sleek and smooth like promised. Upon calling Total Transformations to lodge a complaint I was told there will be NO refund of my $100 nor did the skill less beautician have any interest in seeing the damage she has caused to my hair. Do a lot of research before having a Brazilian Blowout done at this salon. I would rather pay my previous beautician the $300 for the correct method. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I was new to Houston from FL and I'd gone a year before finding someone to do my hair bc I'm very sceptical about letting anyone touch my hair...It took me some time to find a reliable source but I eventually did with Charlotte. I was transitioning from getting relaxers (say NO to the creamy crack, lol) to 100% natural hair...Ms Charlotte gave me a Brazilian Blowout that I couldnt be more happier with. It was my first time, but Ms Charlotte was able to deliver just like she said she would. Thanks Charlotte! My blowout is still hanging in there and I love it. I'll be returning for a touch up.

omg thank you ms charlotte i needed that i appreciate you doing my hair i thought my wedding was going to be a disaster but you fixed my problem!!! i couldnt find any stylist at the last minute and i you came through for me thanks a bunch!!!!!

ms charlotte is the best!!!!!!!! i absolutely just love the way she does my hair she really knows what shes doing and i love the prices!!!! also she uses groupon which is a very good idea if u purchased one from her keep it and use it she the best stylist i know i highly recommend her to anyone in the houston/katy area!!!!!

i am so relieved i woke up one morning and my hair just wasnt the way it needed to be luckily i looked in the yp and found total transformations i called and made a rush appointment with ms.charlotte and explained to her what and when i needed done to my hair and she got me in the same day i loved it!!!! she made me and my hir feel fresh and brand new and considering i have extremely thick hair she did my hair with no problems and it was wonderful i thank you ms.charlotte and i rocommend every one to call ms.charlotte if u wake up one morning and u have a bad hair day that is just too uncontrollable for you to contain

i love the way the talented ms.charlotte williams does my hair every two weeks i go in to get my hair done and she does it perfect every time she is so talented i think every woman in katy and houston who needs their hair done should go to total transformations its worth the hour trip i make from southwest houston to katy every two weeks

charlotte williams is the best hairstylist that ive ever had my hair done by!!!!! i went in to her salon and explained to her exactly the way i needed my hair to be and she got it done it was wonderful now i go every two weeks to get either a touch up or something even more fantastic done to my hair by the talented ms. williams

Since 2009 when my family moved to Katy, TX from Queens, New York, Ms. Charlotte has always being our hair stylist whether it is cut,color or highlighting. She is well knowledge and to my understanding she has being doing it for years and was a former manager at Ulta salon--that gave me more confidence. And, so far my family and my friends have no problem.

I recommend her.

I agree with the previous comments. This was by far the worst haircut and highlighting job I have ever had and that includes my attempts to color my hair on my own. Just like previous comments she put toner on my hair twice- the first time it was bright yellow- now it is more of a chicken orange especially at the roots. My husband and I both had to cut chunks of hair that she missed on the haircut- my hair looks brittle and dry. Don't go there- she spent most of her time on the phone- I was under the dryer for over 30 minutes when she told me twenty minutes- very unprofessional!!
