Massage Envy - Cinco Ranch

I signed up for a 6 mos contract was unhappy with my massages but knew I had to keep it for 6 mos after 3 mos they stopped debiting out of my acct I was happy but then all at once 150. Was with drew, no explanation as to why I called but apparently the mgr Leah is never there called 3x asking for her and wanting to cancel and let my wife use my prepaids I had 5, at first they said yes she could then spoke to mercie who said no that I had to use them all within 30 days or lose them, this is a terrible policy I assume massage envy does this so they can make all the money and not have to pay a therapist hoping and knowing I would not use them,, very unhappy and suggest you DO NOT sign up, you will regret. Still after several weeks leah has never called me back

If you take your date to McDonalds or Burger King for an evening of fine dining, then you should be happy to finish off your evening at massage envy!!!
