PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If there was a negative rating I would have given as they are not worth even one star. I made an appointment for tile and grout cleaning with them and was told that they will be at my home between 11 am and 1 pm. I called before my appointment to confirm and they said yes. Nobody ever showed up. They never called to let me know that they are running late or if no one will show up. I called 12 times all day and waited for them until 5.30 pm. I took a day off to have the service done. Every time I called I was told that someone will show up as they are running behind. The representatives weren't polite. I told them I would like to talk with the manager. One of the supervisor said the manager is not there and she can help. I told her the whole story as to what happened and she sound like she didn't even care. She said okay I will let the manager know. I asked the manager's name and she said George. I tried calling for couple of days and asked for George. Once they heard me asking for George immediately they hung up the phone. Looks like they will look at the number on the caller ID. I have never encountered this worst service.
