Deluxe Carpet Cleaning

Terrible company! their technician "Sean" was in a hurry (Saturday appt.) and didnt vacuum up much of the water - carpet was wet for almost 3 full days with fans and A/C running! Filed a complaint with the BBB and "Steve" (owner) agreed to re-clean in order to clear the complaint, BUT they didnt show up and haven't returned any phone calls. Don't waste your time with this company - They state they have a customer satisfaction guarantee but its just for show.

This company used to be member of the Houston BBB but now they have a C- score and are no longer accredited.

Don't waste your time with these guys.

This company is a piece a work. They called to confirm the appointment and they never showed up. I called to tell Steve and he said he's one of the Steve . (Great) He tells me that his technician was there for 45 min and left. Which was a lie!. Than he tells me his technician doesn't have a cell phone and he's going to have to charge me service fee of $50 to come back. Funny how did he knows if the guy ever show up with no cell phone. So I told Steve that I won't be needing his business any longer and he told me to go F$&@ my self. Be careful with this company, bottom line ...Bad and unprofessional business mean the job would of suck. Be careful!

I had this company come to my residence to clean practically my entire carpet. I really took into the account how long they ve been in business, bbb rating, and other reviews. But I had to experience this for myself. Surprisingly the technician did a sloppy job. Stains were still apparent after the cleaning and became even more so after it dried. The tech comes up with a sorry excuse saying if the machine couldn t get it, then it is pretty much hopeless. What went wrong? I did not have a lot of stains to begin with. I was so angry, I went to Walmart, purchased a Bissell for $98 and to my surprise as an amateur, did a much better job. The same stains this tech couldn't get out, came out with the cleaning machine I used. Sure beat paying $232 and I have a cleaner I can always use when I need it. I only regret I went against my gut feeling of doing this from the beginning and still chose to hire this company. Too pricy for the terrible services rendered. Truly disappointed. Hard lessoned learned, I will never again use this company and this is why I have learned to do things on my own and save money while I am at it.
