Very good staff and great service they just have to update their furniture in the waiting room but besides that everything else is perfect my favorite aspect is the elephant fountain because I love elephants 🐘.

If you are needing to see an orthodontist, ask for Dr. Lounge...she's the best!! Friendly staff and very professional atmosphere. Highly recommend.

To start off Dr.Alia is amazing! I was so scared of getting an implant and she honestly made me feel very comfortable for being my first time her assistant Pani also explained to me the entire process of procedure before doing anything on me that helped a lot. I've been a patient of theirs for about 8 yrs now and they always seem to make me feel right at home especially Janet and Tauvanne thank you!

My cita era a Las 3:30 llegamos antes y en este momento son las 4:40 y simplemente con muchos (huevos) muy altanera la diske encargada dice k me tengo k esperar unos 15 min ma's (la cita la hice para my hija de 7 anos y tengo otra de 4 despues de una hora de esperar my hija de 7 pidio caricaturas ya k en las 2 TV k tienen en reception ransmitia un juego de baseball Laroche k x supuesto k de una,manera no nice cn una nina la ignoraron y como las fastidio de ma's solo se concretaron en decirle k ivan a ver si se podia my nina toda triste me dice no mamy k no pueden creo k me dice k no"
Todavia espero unos 10 minutes mas y claro k comienzo a ver Los reviews en do de me indicando k tengo k esperar x lo menos una hora y media me levanto y pregunto si esto es verdad y de una manera me inporta muy poko me dicen k me tengo k esperar x k hay otras personas k necesitan tratamiento y de la misma manera altanera me dice la diske encargada k solo tiene Un Dr atendiendo lo cual le contesto no se me hace justo k tenga k esperar hora y media para my cita eso sin contar k en la primera cita k me dieron fue un Domingo a Las 9:30am y simplemente a Las 10:30 Me dicen k el Dr tuvo una emergency y k tengo k hacer nuevamente otra cita vengo a esta cita y de lo peor

Una estrellita por cada uno de mis hijos. Buen servicio de cada uno de los miembros q ahí colaboran ..me gusta porque no tengo que a ser varias citas para mis 4 hijos melas dan el mismo día y para los 4 en pocas palabras excelente trabajo

This place is a nightmare! I went in to have my teeth bonded and he ground down half my tooth! My smile is so bad now, I hate it! Do NOT use these people

I give this place a zero. The office manager is trying to scam us out of 2700.00 first we had to pay upfront for everything which totaled 4340.00. Even though they are a participating provider to our ins. Then he only submitted one of the 4 procedures at a totally different amount than what we paid took until July to get them to submit the rest which our insurance company insisted that he was to do. All totals to insurance are totally different amounts than we'd hat they made us pay. After our deductible they now owe us an overpayment of 2700.00. This lame office manager told me we weren't getting a dime back so he collected from our ins PLUS collected from us. I will sue and I am in the process of reporting this business. This is complete fraud. How many other people have they done this to???

Dentists working there are fine. But, staff not so much. Office Manager is a problem. He needs to be taken down a notch. I have never experienced a office manager putting themself in middle of checkout and telling patients what work needs to be done. And acting like he is the dentist. Worst problem was he told info opposite of what dentist suggested! What in the world! He needs to stay in his office and do office manager duties!

i took an appointment for my son and went there after waiting for forty five minutes we were told that there are three patients ahead of us and we shall have to wait for another half hour. when i told them that my appointment time was 11.00 am and i was here on time then why shall i have to wait .the manager came and said that the doctor will be with you in a minute and he went to attend the meeting with the owner of that place for his( brilliance performance) again the waiting began and after another long wait i had to cancel the appointment . i will definitely change the doctor. my advice to all of you is do visit that the doctor if you have whole day and you can wait for four to five hours there. horrible experience will never ever recommend to any one this place to any one

-* It was very easy to get an appointment. ..For they to keep it.. Different story....My son had an appointment at 4:00 pm and after an hour and a half of waiting WE had to leave. They only had one poor dentist and all the rooms full. After we left another patient also left this was the second time that he had the same problem. ... We decided to change from Katy Mason Bella Dental

I took my 2 yr old son to get his routine check up and they didnt care to listen to my questions, they just brushed me off, and because my son was scared the dentist literally took 5 min to check and clean my childs teeth...worst money spent, they just wanted me to give them my money and leave asap. Horrible dentists and un-organized staff
