terrible. The owner who is a dentist, or sorry excuse for one, treated my child horrible, now I cant get him to want to go back. He is now at 5 years old terrified of the DENTIST. The other dentist who have worked with him, we didn't have an issue and he was happy to go back, than we got the owner. Now he is traumatized and does not want anything to do with the dentist.

I have been a patient at advantage dentist since 2012 and in those 3 years of service the staff has always been unprofessional. I have personally been a witness to instances where the assistants release other patient information and bash the other patience in Spanish, or bring it up to me in conversation. I have heard the assistants in multiple occassions bash the dentist in front of me and talk about his/her work ethic and or appearance, and how they hate being bossed around. I have also seen and heard multiple sexual context from the assistants, and was appalled at their practices. The office moved their date for orthodontic practices without notyfing the patients not once but twice, this change made it impossible for me to visit the office, or even get an appointment due to the limited space. I am transferring from this office and have been in contact lately to transfer my files to another office. The process has been infuriating to say the least. The office requires a notarized signature, I called the office to see if it would be allowed for my guardian to sign the form for me. The office told me yes, that it would be allowed for my guardian who has signed for everything in the past since I was not of age to sign for my paper. When my guardian went into the office the next day she was told no. The office lacks responsibility in their actions and are unprofessional and uninformed. Multiple times this office has had complaints about these offenses and still they have these staff members on staff. I had a personal conversation with the office manager and she was rude and unprofessional and provided no solution to my problem. I was the one that provided a solution to my own problem and she was unpleased by it. The worst experience I have had with a dental office. They also broke a chain that caused a delay of 2 years on my braces and took no sort of responsibility for it, although it happened in the office and was obviously because of bad practices.

Avoid this dentist office at all costs. The staff is rude, and annoying, and they lie and tell you you have cavities when you don't, and they overbook. I was told my kids had 12 cavities, went for a second opinion, and they had none. You go into the office, and they have spanish playing on the TV, on the radio while the doctor is working on your teeth, and the office is speaking spanish. It felt like I was in a spanish speaking country. If you have a diverse client base, don't make it so english speakers cannot understand in the U.S. To make it even better, they couldnt care less about non spanish speaking clients. I will never go back here again.

Very bad they make you eait for long time even wih the appointment you be waiting for maybe an hour and a half, they are in the breakroom talking and laughing while patients waiting, im not xomming back ever

This place is not good for kids I saw the Hispanic doctor and it was a mess he started flirting with the assistant joana they probably thought I did not speak English but they were wrong I don't recommend this anyone it's like the doctor was setting up a (***) date after work bad service

This is the worst place to go if you want to have an enjoyable experience. The office staff is rude and you will NEVER receive the same answer to any question you have. This place needs a clean sweep of employees. Also, if you're trying to receive ortho care...just know that you won't havr the same Dentist for more than 2 months throughout treatment

You have an appointment and they make you wait an hour. ..The staff is rude and unprofessional. The doctor don't know anything. They are a total waste of time...do not go there....I will never go there again!

Dirty office & very rude staff. I will never go back to that place.
