We contacted 24/7 based upon reviews online that were favorable. Our experience was not positive. On first appt - no one showed. Finally received a service call. No follow up on parts suggested - once the technician finally came back, he had wrong part and had to come back hours later. Another wasted day off work. A pilot light was replaced, which didn't fix the problem. - the technician who came back out told us in person (face to face) that we didn't need a new water heater (after first fix didn't work I asked if we should go ahead and get new heater). He indicated another piece would be replaced and "then you'd basically have a new one because we replaced all the parts" This did not work and then we were told to buy a new one with no credit for the parts they suggested that didn't work. I'm 100% sure they were able to resell the parts they installed. We were already $500 in at this point. We were treated poorly with no response several times during the process. And then over charged for service they recommended. I would never use them again or recommend them.

I called 24/7 Plumbing to install a drain pipe off of my washing machine. They responded very quickly, provided great service, and I was very pleased with the work and the price. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great Service! I called 24/7 Plumbing Company in the morning with a totally blocked drain - they were at my house by mid- morning & had it fixed before lunch. They were very knowledgable and came off as genuine, super nice guy.

The plumber showed up on time and was honestﾅ I will definitely use 24/7 Plumbing again!!!
